角田裕毅ショップをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。 返品に関しては下記のリターンポリシーをご参照ください。

Return policy:
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving the order for any reason. Please use our Returns Portal to file a return. We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day we received the returned item. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and will not incur any fees.

Please make sure you meet the below conditions to be eligible for a return.

• The item was delivered in the last 14 days
• The goods are not used or damaged

万が一、お届けした商品に不備がある場合、もしくはご注文の商品とは異なる場合には、 ご要望に応じて早急に返品または交換の対応をさせていただきます。 角田裕毅ショップホームページ内の『Returns Portal』より手続きをお願いいたします。

また、到着後14日以内の商品は返品の対象となります。 返品された商品が当社に到着後10日以内に返金いたします。
ただし、下記の条件が満たされていない場合には、返品の対象とはなりません。

• 商品配達後14日以内に返品の手続きが完了していること
• 商品が未使用もしくは試着のみで、ダメージがないこと

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

返品の際の輸送中に生じた商品の破損または紛失について、当社は責任を負いかねます。そのため、補償のある追跡可能なメール便をお勧めします。当社が実際に返品された商品を受け取る、もしくは返品配達の証明がない場合、払い戻しを行うことはできません。
